In the field of electronic device assembly, the precise placement and assembly of electronic components significantly influence the quality and reliability of products. Misalignment can lead to circuit shorts or disconnections, potentially causing defects. The multi-axis motion system X-417 is an integrated motion platform based on a high-load linear stage XY positioning system. It allows for the selection of either a servo motor + ball screw stage or a linear motor stage, enabling flexible system configurations such as the addition of a Z-axis depending on the application. Furthermore, the ACS-based G-901 controller integrates motion control, I/O, and safety functions.
